We understand that keeping your account secure is important, and sometimes you need to reset your Password or PIN. Our system supports both, but there's a key thing to remember: If you need to reset both your Password and PIN, please complete the process for one before starting the other. Here's how to do it smoothly:

  1. Decide What to Reset First: If you need to reset both your Password and PIN, choose which one you want to reset first.
  2. Request a Reset from the Login Page:
  3. For Password: Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link.
  4. For PIN: Click the “Forgot Your PIN?” link.
  5. Send the Link and Check Your Email:
  6. Enter the email address associated to your PACE Documents account and click the send button.
  7. After sending the request, you should receive an email with a reset link/button. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it.
  8. Reset Your Password or PIN:
  9. Click the blue reset link/button in the email, this will take you back to the PACE Documents site.
  10. Fill out the necessary data to set your new Password or PIN.
  11. The reset process is complete!
  12. Start the Next Reset (only if needed): Once you've successfully completed the first reset (either Password or PIN), you can start the process for the other. Just go back to step 2, choose the other option, and follow the rest of the steps again.

Why This Way?

Our system can handle one reset request at a time to keep things secure. Requesting a second reset (for the other item) before completing the first one will override the first request.
